AI-generated recommendations, predictions, analytics, ETA estimates, and insights are provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional, legal, financial, or operational advice.
Customers remain solely responsible for business decisions.
8. Intellectual Property
All software, designs, trademarks, content, technology, and intellectual property related to ITruck AI remain the exclusive property of the Company.
No rights are granted except as expressly provided under these Terms.
9. Third-Party Services
The Services may integrate with third-party providers, including factoring companies, mapping services, telematics providers, accounting systems, payment processors, and broker platforms.
We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of third-party services.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ITruck AI disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ITruck AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, or data.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you violate these Terms or engage in activities that may harm the platform, other users, or our business.
